Re-pairing your sensor
Unpair the sensor by going to your profile > Energy Sensor, then tap on Unpair Device
2. Remove the sensor from the Bluetooth device list by going to Settings > Bluetooth, and then locate the sensor with the serial number
3. Tap on the "i" icon, and then "Forget Device"
4. Now re-pair the sensor with the app by following the steps in this article.
This process will allow the sensor to be re-connected with the app, and should restart it, causing it to send readings to the app properly.
