To manage your membership, access our customer portal via the app.
Step 1: From your Nico profile, tap on "Manage Membership"
Step 2: Tap on "Manage on Nico.live"
You will now be able to see your orders and which subscription plan you're currently on.
How to cancel, pause or upgrade your membership
When you set up a subscription, you will receive an email with a link to manage your subscription. Clicking on the link will take you to your subscription page, where you'll be able to change your subscription plan, view orders, and update your payment and shipping details.

If you’re ever unsure about your membership, billing, or sensor deliveries, don’t worry, you don’t have to figure it out alone. If something doesn’t look right or you’re unable to make a change yourself, just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it.
