Step 1:
Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner of your app.
Step 2:
Select Apple Health/Health Connect from the menu.
Step 3:
Tap on "Connect Apple Health/Health Connect"
Step 4:
You will see a menu prompting you to enable which sections of your Apple Health data Nico will be able to use. It's recommended to select "Turn on all" for the best experience.
Once connected, Nico will automatically import your Apple Health/Health Connect data in the background.
💡 Tip:
(iOS) If you don’t see any data coming through, double-check that the correct permissions are enabled in iPhone Settings → Health → Apps → Nico.
