Here’s what to do
Check your sensor placement. Make sure the area was clean, dry, and free of lotions or oils before applying your next sensor.
Contact Nico Support. If your sensor detached early, reach out to us at [email protected]. Please include:
The date you applied the sensor
The date it came off
Any photos (if possible) showing the issue
Do not reapply the same sensor. Once removed, it cannot be reused or safely reattached. Please make sure to dispose of it.
Apply a new sensor once our team confirms next steps. We’ll help you troubleshoot and discuss possible replacement options.
💡 Tip: To help your next sensor stay on longer, make sure the site is fully dry before application and consider using patches or medical adhesive if you’re active or perspire often.
