Key Patterns

  • Flat or stable line – Your glucose levels are steady. This usually indicates balanced energy and good metabolic control.

  • Gentle rises and falls – Normal responses to meals or activity. Your body is effectively managing glucose.

  • Sharp spikes – A rapid increase after eating certain foods, experiencing stress, or during intense exercise. Occasional spikes are normal, but frequent or prolonged ones may indicate poor glucose control.

  • Sudden drops – A quick decline might mean your body released too much insulin or you exercised without enough fuel.

Example - heavy spike after a meal

Example - mostly flat, stable energy line

The Nico app interprets these patterns for you and helps you connect them with your habits, so you can make small, informed changes that improve your metabolic health over time.
