How do I report a bug or an issue?

If you notice something not working as expected in the Nico app or with your device, we’d love to hear about it so we can fix it as quickly as possible.

You can report any issue directly by emailing us

When you send your message, please include as many details as possible to help us investigate:

  • A short description of the issue (what happened, what you expected to happen)

  • The device and operating system you’re using (e.g. iPhone 16, iOS 26 or Samsung Galaxy S23, Android 16)

  • The app version (found in your app settings)

  • Screenshots or screen recordings if available

  • The date and time when the issue occurred

The more details you share, the faster we can identify and resolve the problem.
