Is the sensor waterproof?

Yes, the sensor is water-resistant (IP68), ensuring reliable performance even during swims and showers. It continues to work perfectly when submerged up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.

Be gentle when you dry off, as a heavy towel swipe can loosen the adhesive. If you notice weird readings after toweling, you might’ve knocked it slightly.

Don’t use a hairdryer, they blow hotter than the sensor’s safe limit of 40°C.
